New spot by the team behind One If By Land, Two If By Sea that I’d gatekeep if I could… 10/10 for vibes and service alone - super chic, classy and a touch contemporary. East-meets-west vibes in terms of the cuisine; the crab rice dish was fun, but didn’t blow me away; lobster crispy rice with curry was divine (so many textures); and the short rib was absolutely breathtaking with a bit of a kick, which was unexpected but somehow worked well to cut through the tender fattiness of the meat. The Asian pear salad was just ok - we got it to pretend to be healthy but def can skip.
Don’t skip the cocktails - one of the top tinis in NYC IMO. Love love love. Only downside is the dishes are a bit expensive, but will def be back.
