Korean-French inspired resto where each dish gives you hints of both cuisines in a cohesive way. Really enjoyed the experience + service was top notch. You start with the ban chan starters - similar vibes to Mari in Hell's Kitchen if people have gone - and go into the langoustine which is more French-influenced. Then there's a few more seafood dishes (octopus was so good even though I usually don't like; creamy butterfish), before you get to a Kimbap dish that's just so fun to eat (place yellowtail on top of roll with each bite). Then you get to the main meat dish which is a perfectly prepped galbi that melts in your mouth. You get whisked away to the dessert (bingsoo was less memorable), with the carrot "cake" being the star of the show. You pluck a "carrot" from what looks like a garden and eat it with other cake ingredients in a deconstructed manner. 10/10 will want to go back when the menu changes.
