Newish resto in Park City that lowkey blew me away in terms of food and service. The cauliflower was kinda addicting, as was the ricotta toast with pork belly. The mushroom bolognese pasta was chef’s kiss as well. I think the only dishes we got that felt skippable were the hamachi crudo and cassoulet (it was so tiny and mostly tasted of beans instead of duck). The desserts were on the house 🥺 my fave was the whiskey caramel pudding which apparently ended up on some NYT top dessert list and def deserved it. All in all, a wonderful experience. Will say these are NYC prices even though we’re in Utah. 😂
