Homey little brunch spot known for their pancakes, which were crisp on the outside and super fluffy (almost cake-like???) on the inside. Best part was that they weren’t inherently sweet and almost savory, and therefore the syrup added sweetness without overpowering the taste. Wish we had the stomach to try the quiche but there’s always next time. Service was lovely and we got sent Gouda on the house (superb snacking food).
