If you're a seafood lover looking for a creative, Euro-centric fine dining experience, then run, don't walk, to Aska. One of the best dining experiences of the year - very vibey, dark atmosphere, with individual, black-clothed dining tables scattered in a small space, right next to the open kitchen where ~10 chefs flit around to construct masterpieces that was our dinner. Very seafood heavy (yay for me) with three caviar courses (yay again). Will say that unless you enjoy having a sauce/foam/broth with every dish like I do, you might get a bit tired of it. Definitely an experience you won't forget.
