First time trying Venezuelan cuisine! Having the plantain as the bread is very unique and I personally loved the egg and avocado combination together. I think the flavors just didn’t stand out to me that much, I had to put a lot of sauce on to compensate. I think I would go back to try the Pabellon Patacon that I saw originally on TikTok.

The texture of the mochi waffle was super chewy (which I liked) but the flavors of the pandan and black sesame together wasn’t too appealing. I wish the kaya would be a little sweeter because it made the dessert seem between sweet and savory which confused me. I’m glad I was able to try it but I personally would not get it again

So yummy! Something about the sushi rice made this spectacular, plus the free spicy mayo and eel sauce🤌🤌 I would say the fish was relatively fresh (with the exception of the tuna) but I loved that I got to try new rolls!
