in my opinion, this is THE best study space in the city. clean bathroom, smooth wifi, fast service, outlets, and comfortable seating. i go in around 3pm on weekdays and it’s never crowded. plus, it’s close to the ACE line which is nice.
in terms of food and drink, the coffee is really good. they have a wide selection and many seasonal specials. i believe their prices range from ~$6-9. however, i don’t recommend the matcha jasmine tiramisu. it was pretty good but not worth it for the price and you can find better options for better quality somewhere else.
but overall rating in terms of quality and environment? a solid 8/10 from me :D
