The space itself is a bit small, so seating options are limited. The aesthetics are cute and cozy. I ordered the Vanilla Matcha Latte and Avocado Toast with Egg. The matcha was really good, which I enjoyed. But just a heads-up for anyone who, like me, doesn’t enjoy spicy food—the avocado toast came with a spicy sauce, which wasn’t mentioned on the menu or by the cashier. Unfortunately, I couldn’t finish it because of that, which was disappointing.

We recently visited the new Plaza Azteca in East Windsor for date night, and our experience was great. The atmosphere was beautiful, the crowd was welcoming, and everything from the drinks to the food was delicious. My husband ordered the nachos with ground beef, and I had the birria tacos — both were so flavorful and well-prepared. I also tried two margaritas, the mango and the passionfruit, and let me tell you, they were not stingy with the tequila — absolutely delicious! It is a bit on the pricier side if you’re getting drinks, appetizers, and entrées since it can all add up, but they do offer weekday lunch specials and a happy hour menu, which gives you options to try the menu at a lower cost. We’ll definitely be returning for a family dinner or another date night. We’re really happy to have this new restaurant in town!
