Had an early Sunday dinner to skip the queue at this new claypot rice spot. When it comes to claypot rice, it’s all about the soy sauce and that piping-hot, sizzling pot to create the perfect crispy slightly burnt rice at the bottom. While the sauce was spot on, the pot just wasn’t hot enough—needed a lot more drama and sizzling.
The hometown handmade lemon tea was really good and refreshing.
