La Stella Italian Steakhouse and Music Lounge just opened its doors in Addison. You’ll find a dramatic, old-Hollywood style dining room filled with rich booths and Italian porcelain. Live piano and full band sets lounge beside the bar each night. Expect handmade pastas, big steaks (this is Texas) and an 11-layer pistachio cake.

The savory cannoli dip is inventive, with just the right mix of sweet and salty. The drinks are beyond superb — its sister restaurant in Dallas has a Michelin Exceptional Cocktail award.

The menu leans heavy on high-quality cuts, delivering exactly what you'd expect from a Texas steakhouse — and then some. It’s bold, it’s flashy and it’s a must visit.
