Lunch at Chiringuito was wonderful. Lots of great chips and dips. The warm bread was yum. The Paella did not disappoint. It was a seafood/sausage/chicken mix. Woody said it was good but that mine is better. I love making Paella. What we miss is the Chiringuito evening dinner flamenco dancer and 12 string guitarist show. Perhaps VIDANTA will bring it back.

Restaurant is Burgers made to Order at VIDANTA. Chicken fingers and fries Kaydance’s favorite. Margaritas on the rocks were really good. Waiter suggested we do rocks instead of the frozen ones. He was right. Sun was great. Water was comfortableh. And the beach was fun too.

Woody , Kaydance and I at Breakfast at the Green Break a fantastic way to start our day at VIDANTA. Fruit plate and strawberry yogurt and granola perfect. Huevos Rancheros also a hit.

Attended Rotary Club meeting and then went to lunch at It!Italy Restaurant. Lots of Italian dish selections. Portions were good and my lasagna was meaty and rich tasting. Our District 7570/7610 Wheelchair distribution Team and the Argentina Rotarians enjoyed great camaraderie. Leave for home tomorrow. Added photos of our bus ride there.

La Posada del Jamón is a wonderful farm to table restaurant, lodging, winery and ham curing working farm. Serene location near the foot hills of the Andes mountains. It was a long bus ride from Mendoza but so worth it. Our VA/NC Wheelchair distribution team. and our our Argentinian Rotarian friends enjoyed a delicious lunch of ham based appetizers, pork chops, salad, breads, desserts and bottomless glasses of wine. Totally a great day!!!

Happy birthday Connor and happy anniversary Gg and Baba. I have to share a story and of course it’s about my favorite 27 year old grandson Connor Clancy! Well let’s say he was and is the best anniversary present I have ever received. He knows how to spoil things sometimes in a good way. Baba and I finally had some time off and we were on our way to Vail, Colorado to celebrate our anniversary! Half way up the mountain we received a call from Connor’s Daddy Tim. He said I think your daughter’s going to need you pretty quickly. We were back in Greeley in no time. A couple of hours later we held him and he became our first favorite grandson. We didn’t realize how his birth could or would affect us until we held him. True love isn’t as hard to find as people think it is! Just hold a new born baby and your world changes forever! ❤️👅Gg Love you Connor🎂

Great food. Chicken foot something? Ed said he might or might not order it again. Cesarás salad Huge and good. Woody and I had mini burgers good but really were mini. French onion soup. Good. Great ambiance. Great Rotary fellowship!!! All delicious. ❤️

Ok. I love this place. But dang forgot food photos. I’ll get routine down soon. I of course had my Açaí Lexington Proper bowl. So did Woody and Kaydance. GREAT! Friends had Avocado toast , Toasted smoked ham and cheese and lox’s on sour dough. All said best ever. I have vowed to change up my menu choices. Ahhh maybe not.

Missed taking photos of our choices cause we were having too much fun with friends. The best of everything is on their menu. Açaí bowls are WONDERFUL (they’re in my dreams!). The pastries are delicious as are the lattes and smoothies. Service and atmosphere are inviting. No rush! You can sit and sip and enjoy time with friends or gulp and run. If you haven’t been.. get there!!
