after barton, I took ‘em to terry blacks. hard to beat the accessibility (open 7 days a week, line is never ridiculous) and quality here. there are other bbq spots that do stuff better for sure but terry blacks is 90% of the way there and overall is a great spot to take visitors. far from a tourist trap.
got brisket, pork ribs, and sausage for meat (the big 3) and creamed corn (off the cob 😕), green beans, potato salad, and mac for sides. mac and potato salad were my favorite as usual. brisket was very solid but a lil dry in some parts. the crust tastes incredible tho which makes up for it.
