got the matcha latte with no sweetener because i wanted to try the flavor profile of the matcha they use uji matcha i forgot what kind but it was very vegetal and astringent caught me off guard but the ambience was super nice and workers were nice. Matcha was strong which i liked but i prefer a stronger matcha with a bit less vegetal notes and more nutty notes i didnt mind the bitterness after a couple more sips it was actually very pleasant and if i were to buy their house matcha i’d use it for usucha and lattes. Typically if im making matcha i use something for vegetal for usucha only and something nuttier for a latte . Cheesecake was alright not my favorite but they had lots of other flavors.
