If you live in Denver, hop on the Sadboy train. This company does a drop of ice cream every Monday at 10am and it sells out in minutes, but it’s so worth trying to snag a pint. Last week we got raspberry pretzel pie and cloudy day cotton candy, both of which are absolutely delicious. This week we got RIP pistachio Oreo, and I think it might be my favorite ice cream I’ve ever had. Highly recommend participating in the Denver Hunger Games to get a pint of this ice cream.

Perfect dinner to end our Steamboat trip! Everything was soooo delicious, I’d come back in a heartbeat. The paella was some of the best I’ve had. Even if you’re full, order the churros. They were filled with caramel and had a dulce de leche gelato on top. Don’t miss this place if you’re up in Steamboat!

Decided to do a morning trip to Fort Collins because some the girls have never been there! Went for a walk to see some pretty fall leaves and ended with breakfast at Ginger and Baker. This place never disappoints. We all got different variations of the farm stand skillet (typical girls), and we all loved it!!

Fun little drinks and apps with the girlies! Went to this restaurant a few months ago and all the food I’ve had there has been delicious. Our waiter was 10/10 keeping us entertained and giving great recommendations. Next time I go back I’m getting the espresso martini because that might have been the best one I’ve tried in Denver!!

Fun tequila and mezcal bar! Drinks were yummy and the bartenders were super friendly. Unfortunately there was a group that was soooooo loud so we left after one drink

Such a good dinner!! Finally checked out this restaurant down the street with a few friends and we will definitely be going back. This restaurant was just Michelin guide recommended, totally understand why. The lamb ragu hummus was probably my fav dish of the night, and the homemade pita was the perfect pair with it.

Back at my fav coffee shop! Tried the bananas foster latte and it was delicious. There is a glass blowing shop next to the coffee shop and I actually got to see a piece being made!

Met up with a friend for a quick bite and drink. We shared the fried pickles and I got the “truffle shuffle” burger. Food was fine, and the cider was great. The restaurant itself was very cute and had lots of games, but I forgot to take more pics. Would go back, but not hurrying back anytime soon.

The go to pizza place to DoorDash after a night out. We got the vegan pizza so that Emily’s stomach wouldn’t hurt. Honestly didn’t mind the vegan cheese. She hasn’t learned to invest stock in lactaid like Connor has. Only complaint is they forgot to give us one of our sides of ranch.
