Broth: usually like the mala, tomato, and pork bone broth. This time the pork bone soup stole the show and I even brought the leftover home. The tomato broth wasn’t tomatoey the way I like. Chongqing Lao zao has the best tomato broth and mala def. The mala today was just throat screeching spicy without the flavor.
Hai di lao def has one of the best services than most hot pot places. Love the sauce options and the extra free snacks. Milk mochi here is slightly sweeter than the ones in chonqing or nan xiang." - Jasslyne 🐻
