I love this place!!! All of the food is so filling… their portions are SO GENEROUS!!! The best part, is how affordable this place is too. I love coming here everytime I’m in the area. It’s been gaining traction recently too, which makes me super happy to see for them. The employees are all really sweet and welcoming too. Love their Horchata’s, I never miss on buying one!

As a Pakistani person, I LOVE this place. They have some really creative dishes, like the Barfi Brownie. Pretty much everyrhing I’ve had from their menu has hit. It’s a great place, with a great vibe. I’ve sat down to do work here before too and I felt so comfortable and at ease the entire time. There’s not many Pakistani restaurants in NYC, so KAAFI has a special place in my heart for sure :)

I’m sure I don’t need to say much. This place is AWESOMEE!!! I really like it. The Adeni Chai is a staple. Also really enjoyed their Pumpkin Spice Matcha.

This place is GREAT!! Overcrowded and busy for a reason! I went here with my best friend, and even though it was crowded I was still able to comfortably talk to her without any hearing problems. That’s a pretty underrated experience at restaurants for me nowadays. I got their Spicy Tuna sushi roll and their Sweet and Spicy Chicken Donburi. My god was it amazing!! Everything melted in my mouth!!! It was a great price considering the ambiance, the portions, and the quality. I would 100% go here again. One funny thing though, is that their sushi over at their Lexington location doesn’t hit quite the same. I’m not sure why. My best friend and I had a fun time giggling at how long it took us to chew our sushi at the Lexington one 😭 The Union one, on the other hand, is absolutely outstanding. Seriously cannot sing their praises more!

I like it here. It’s a great place to grab a quick cup of coffee, chai, or any other special pick me up. They’ve got a lot of variety! I am big on chai, so I’ve tried pretty much all of their chai variations. Nothing has hit like their original chai, but I appreciate the effort they put into adding more chai combos. You can also come here to sit and chill with a friend. There’s cozy seating indoors and spacious seating outside. They have one long table in the middle, which is specifically for doing work with your laptop. They also do fun events every week, and you can find information about this on their chalkboard. It’s a community staple. I’m super glad this exists in Jackson Heights because it supplies my chai latte or iced coffee cravings when I have them!

Oh how I love it here! This place is great. It’s a calm vibe, not overwhelming in the slightest. I absolutely always order the Grilled Chicken Pho. I haven’t even tried anything else on the menu — despite going here A LOT — because of how addicting the flavor is. I don’t know what they put in it, but it’s worth to get every time. The portion size is so generous, and fills you up 100%. It’s great to eat no matter what mood you’re in. If you’re feeling a little stressed and under the weather, go here. If you want to have a chill time and talk to a friend or a partner while eating a filling meal, go here!!! It’s worth it every time. Thank you for existing Pho Spot!! I love you guys!!!

My god… this is absolutely my new favorite hidden gem. I sort of don’t even want to do a review on it for the sake of gatekeeping, but that’s not what I’m here for! I love it here. I ordered their Ichigo Strawberry Matcha and their classic Miso Caramel Bun. I’m not usually a pastry person, but that’s completely untrue for me when it comes to Asano. Their Miso Caramel Bun came out crispy and golden, with some sort of sugary layer coated all over. It was the best pastry I’ve ever had, I’m not even exaggerating. The Ichigo Strawberry Matcha was also a delight to have as someone who’s never been big on strawberry matcha specifically. Also, this is one of my new favorite WFH cafe’s. They’ve got great music, great workers, great outlets, and great seating. I’ll definitely be coming back here 💕

I love Grace Street so much… As someone with a huge sweet tooth, I am in heaven every time I go here. My first time there I got the Tang Hulu and the Mango Ice Cream dish. Both were so addictive to eat. After that, I went there to try their Tiramisu Latte. And man… I have not stopped going there since discovering it! It is my absolutely favorite coffee drink to get. It’s a great pick me up, tastes so yummy, and doesn’t upset my stomach in the way that caffeine usually does!

Thai Diner… I expected better. I got the classic Thai fried rice option. Pretty hard to mess up since it’s a classic, but I was unfortunately a bit disappointed with theirs! I am willing to go back to try another dish because the interior design is top notch there. I also remember liking their milkshake, which had a cute heart on top of it. One day I will go back to re-experience it, but from my first time I was not as satisfied as I wished I was!
