"what a fantastic slice… slightly elevated in the best way. still a classic new york slice at its core—razor thin crust, slightly sweet tomato sauce, slight flop on the undercarriage—but the addition of shaved parmesan, basil, & olive oil drizzle really adds a lot. i was with ben nebita at the time and he was dumbfounded, saying he’d never had a slice of pizza that good. and i totally understand why" - lucas
