New York has a lot going for it, even though some believe it’s a 3rd world country. However, udon is not something we do well. We do it horribly. Also what is udon? How were these cold flat noodles udon? I miss Japan :/ I must admit the bacon tempura was quite yummy. Should’ve done the small plates at bungalow 😪

"8/10. this place was semi viral on insta reels where i heard about it. the interior of this place is small and it was packed since i went on a weekend during lunch. bar style seating only. the udon texture is fresh, bouncy and chewy. i’ve had dishes just like this in japan. the tempera was nice and airy and not greasy. while the food is great you are paying for the experience as well." - hillary
