I didn’t know I needed roe on top of an heirloom with burrata. Delicious. It is absolutely little pricey compared to places like Luke’s or the average high-end steakhouses in Vegas- but you’re also paying for placement near the Alamodome, access to the rooftop bar if you want it, the vibes were immaculate. This is the place to eat if money is not a big deal, you’ve saved up, looking to have a nice dinner for yourself or your date, or mom & dad.

It’s alright. I think one of the only revolving sushi places in SM? They really need to clean up their hygiene because getting sent to tables that are always greasy with a fine film on everything, that I got an ick when I took my parents here. Disappointing, they weren’t really like this while I’ve been attending Texas State. The food was otherwise ok for a sushi restaurant, but they should focus more on making the sushi actually taste good rather than putting a bunch of stuff on top of it that doesn’t complement the flavor of the rolls.
