This place was Fabulous. Alexa had the rabbit. Not “gamie” but delicious. Highly recommended if you are open to stretching the pallet. I had the pastrami brisket. Great for guys that love meat. Penny had the fish. It was also nicely prepared. Husk is located in the historic district so the ambiance was not lacking. Truly a go-to spot for a special occasion.

The restaurant is taking a negative turn. High turnover in staff and the salmon serving is an increase in salad plate filling and less salmon. May need to look for a new spot.
