– yuzu shio – yuzu ratan wasn't a fan of the yuzu ratan 😅 spicy flavor and yuzu flavor in the broth kinda clashed imo yuzu shio was pretty good though if you like a clear and punchy/citrusy broth

– chichiarrones – vension sliders – bison steak tartare – bone in elk chops went with a large group of friends so i tried a bunch of other stuff too... and i don't have proper pics of the drinks but this place was AMAZINGLY GOOD bison tartare changed my life lowkey... and then all the different exotic/gamey flavors were so rich and delicious... drinks were good too

– chorizo w/ eggs waffle – smoked sammon croque madame waffle fun fact it took me ~four years in between learning about this place and actually eating here 😅 anyway decent brunch place! waffle looks a lot bigger in person and is more filling than it looks

– rattlesnake & rabbit – chicken jalapeno – the hung footlong haven't been back in four years so i'm very happy to find out that it is still good 🤤 a lot of exotic/unique sausages and it's very shareable and you can get beer here too/go bar hopping around the area

– bacon cream udon carbonara – mentaiko cream gochugaru udon savory thick udons, the carbonara udon was on the sharper cheese side (compared to lighter/less cheesy carbonaras) and reminds me of a loaded baked potato or a cheddar brocolli soup minus the brocolli the mentaiko flavor was kinda masked by the gochugaru spicy flavor but was also still yummy
