Hands down for ramen in San Diego BUT you need to be ready for an hr to 1.5 hrs.
I got their chashu ramen and Nagoya style fried chicken.
As they advertised as non-msg, non-gmo, I could taste that their broth was creamy yet not as oily as other ramen places. Noodle was not soggy but v good :)
Nagoya style fried chicken was pretty good but tasted like regular soy sauce based korean style chicken.
Fyi- this place was in Michelin guide for SD 2024
