There’s finally matcha, hojicha, cream top cafe in SB!
Whenever I go up to Santa Barbara for work, Dune was the only place for coffee.
Tried Kin Bakeshop and their Hojicha Latte was decent :)
Parking was amazing and there were lots of students.
