If you’re just on a short trip to Puerto Rico, I don’t really see the point of hitting up small Italian imitation restaurants like Tuttobene. It’s one of those places that’s fine if you’re staying long-term and you really need a pasta fix. I went there once, and after that I just bought my own noodles next door at Pueblo and cooked at home. Definitely a place you can skip if you’re looking for something more special.
