On our way back from Six Flags, we stumbled upon a charming little shop with an array of intriguing ice cream flavors. I opted for sea salt caramel with chocolate-covered pretzels, while Jinwoo selected Maine blueberry and black bear, and Tomas tried honey lavender and monkey business.
Each flavor was delightful in its own right. The Maine blueberry featured whole blueberry chunks, offering a distinct taste that might be polarizing, but it blended surprisingly well. The sea salt caramel, a classic with a twist of crunchy chocolate-covered pretzels, was a satisfying indulgence. Black bear combined vanilla and berry ice cream with chocolate-covered blackberry chunks for a harmonious balance. Monkey business had a cake batter base with a dominant cinnamon flavor, perfect for those who enjoy a spiced treat. Honey lavender was a rare floral note in ice cream, masterfully balanced with honey without overwhelming the palate.
Each scoop was a unique experience, but the flavors were universally rich and thoughtfully crafted.
