no photos but i went here two weeks ago and yum 🫩 you have to eat surrounded by kpop murals and you need to bring your own water (they don’t have water cups just vending machine). it was indeed giving sweatshop but i think the timing was right and so the chicken hit the spot (soy mix, also got cajun fries)

test to see if i can make a non nyc review ? waited 1 hr in line on a weekday holiday — juneteenth. matcha einsplanner was actually quite good, coffee was good but nothing extraordinary. i also got the breakfast sliders which were very good with the two sauces. i have a sore spot for breakfast foods, drinks, and waiting in line when i have nothing better to do so yeah i would go again

- $250 for 7 people and we had a very little bit of leftovers of the sides but everyone was SUPER full - guys texas .. texas is doing something right .. i lost my mind at this meal but i was starved also beforehand so maybe that’s the key to enjoying food - sides: mac n cheese and corn are really good. cole slaw and potatoes are normal good. bread is pretty mid. we took the peach cobbler home to eat with ice cream - meat: ribs best, brisket, turkey, sausage - then after the meal you can go to see the meat smokers in the back and then this guy might come out of no where to tell you about the process of how they cook the meats, it was really great. apparently the flavor of meat depends a lot on the type of wood they use to smoke it, and austin has that good wood - very texas vibe. really liked it :D

- chipotle but better and cheaper ($10) - you can choose from 3 flavors for the tortilla (rec is to combine the green and red i forgot the flavor names) - fish burrito or #3 deluxe fish tacos is the rec. crispy fish. - chips and queso also good - sweet mint tea is good - everything very fresh and local - it was my first experience in texas and i just couldn’t get over how much food they give you for how little money you give them - they wrap each taco individually with a lime ❤️😭

we got the special medium set 2: 2 soy sauce crab, spicy crab, shrimp, japchae, steamed egg, kimchi jiggae, mixed rice — 90kw for 4 ppl (less than $15 per person). had to wait in line but it moved pretty fast (5-10 min). service was also very fast and we got multiple freebies — second steamed egg, japchae, and cider. there was also a live pianist that night which was really awesome. i wanted to love this so so bad buttttt it’s really raw 😭😭😭😭 the seasoning is great and very flavorful but i dunnoooo i think this is something you have to get used to. willing to try again but won’t be on my knees begging for it

salt bread: good but not mind blowing. no seating area, grab n go, 4 pieces for 12kw (< 10 usd). it felt like it was extra delicious bc it was warm on a cold day. i’d get it again tbh but im not dying for it b

takes a really long time (45 min for take out). pizza was delish .. but that is the average pizza experience. it is a very authentic new york slice (thin crust) but turns out that i don’t like that 0_o even though i didn’t get to eat inside, i still peaked inside and it looks really fun and awesome. would love to come again w a reservation !

i lurv the lack of options, really fast and attentive service, everything is bar seating so it feels intimate. however .. it’s small and a bit cramped. the gomtang was very comforting, simple, and clean. i don’t think it’s my personal taste though. i would come again if asked, but don’t find myself craving this.
