Cafeteria lunch at Blue Hill. Only a 45 min drive from grand central! The food was delicious. In particular we all loved the soup and pear dessert. A very plant forward meal but there was some meat.
Farm tour was fun, we got to walk through the greenhouse and see live goats (not lambs).
Would love to try the full dinner here someday when @bean hits staff 💯
