coming to albany you might expect a crackhead or two or be met with incessant government buildings where they call bureaucracy a hobby. but amidst all the urban chaos you might find some peace within a tiny corner of joy where they are serving staples of mexican cuisine, here i am in chipotle, where the flavors are bold but the workers are bolder with their method of counting the chicken bits they put in your bowl. today my local guide antonio has recommended i try their new chicken al pastor and let me tell you, we have got to send some of these guys to mexico to teach the locals how to actually cook because this quaint little crew is dishing out some of the most delicious and authentic mexican food can offer!
