The food was spectacular here! I came in knowing that I wanted the Al pastor pizza because it sounded so unique. It was fantastic. The braised pork was perfectly flavored paired perfectly with the salsa verde. I also thought the pineapple ricotta was so creative and such a nice twist compared to putting just regular canned pineapples.
The dessert was also fantastic! Usually, I don't get desserts at restaurants, but we saw a neighboring table order sundae and just couldn't miss the opportunity to try it. At first, I was worried it would taste artificial and like medicine since that's the danger of ordering cherry desserts. We were not disappointed! The sundae was delicious and not too sweet. We polished it off!
The service was also great too! The staff kindly let me sit on the table to wait for my friend when most restaurants usually make you wait until all parties are there. They also let my friend and I sit for quite some time on the table chatting. Overall, very nice staff!
The restaurant ambience was great! Lots open space and natural lighting.
