Terms & Conditions (EULA)

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Taste. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Taste allows users to create, upload, post, submit, rate, or share content such as restaurant reviews, photos, tags, lists, comments, and other materials ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant Ikio, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content.

3. Prohibited Content & Behavior

We have zero tolerance for objectionable, harmful, or abusive content or activity. You agree not to upload, share, post, or engage in any of the following:

3.1 Objectionable Content

• Hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Discrimination or derogatory statements targeting any protected class
• Explicit sexual content or pornography
• Graphic, violent, or gory material
• Illegal activity, drugs, or weapons content
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content
• Spam, advertisements, or commercial solicitation
• Copyright-infringing or stolen content

3.2 Prohibited Behavior

• Bullying, harassment, or abuse of any user
• Attempting to manipulate ratings or recommendations
• Impersonation or identity misrepresentation
• Circumventing moderation tools
• Attempting to scrape, hack, or disrupt the App
• Violating privacy of other users

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

4. Moderation & Enforcement

To maintain a safe community, Taste uses a combination of automated systems, manual review, and user reporting.

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or hide any User Content at our discretion
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Restrict features or limit access
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement when necessary

Content or accounts may be removed without notice.

5. Reporting Inappropriate Content or Users

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, you can report it by:

• Using the in-app reporting tool, available on posts and profiles or by rageshaking

We review reports promptly and take appropriate action.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Taste only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information
• Respect other users
• Maintain the security of your account
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

You are responsible for any activity under your account.

7. Our Rights

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.

We are not responsible for:

• User Content posted by others
• Loss or damage arising from reliance on User Content

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Taste is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ikio, Inc. is not liable for:

• Any damages arising from your use of the App
• Any User Content, whether offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or unlawful
• Any interruption, loss of data, or security breach

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you lose the right to use the App.

By using Taste, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
