Grandma and I drove up to Livermore, Colorado to check on the progress of our Grandkids, Thomas and Kiley Hupp’s new home. We stopped in at The Forks Deli and ordered an Italian sub sandwich. It was delicious, the bread was freshly baked, had a crunch unlike most deli’s sandwich bread and they did not skimp on the meats. The sign is filled with the history of The Forks and is very interesting. More information for grandpa’s fact or fiction to quiz his grandchildren.

The forks is literally the only place in Livermore….blink on the road and you’ll never know you passed it. Great sandwiches and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I had a small Italian with all the fix’ns. Very fresh and oh so satisfying.
