Last meal in Miami was wonderful, we decided to just get a couple bites in before getting to the airport so we ordered a bunch of plates and just shared (which is why everything is small portioned out LOL) Jerk Burger: loved the pickled red onions, the perfect touch to this burger. The Shelborne Guac: So smooth, so buttery, kept to the true avocado taste, unlike some that can taste almost so preserved that it just tastes like an avocado flavored spread instead. The tortillas that came with it were also the perfect match, you could tell they were recently fried - perfectly crispy. Heirloom Tomato Salad: Star of the show, at least in my opinion. The papaya slices that were laid on top perfectly cut through the bitterness of the arugula and that combination truly brought forward the tomato's juiciness and sweetness in a surprising and spectacular way. We also got some more, but these were the most notable to me, but special shout out to the ketchup, this ketchup was so good I'm bringing it home. Thank you Miami, for being nice to me, at least through the food I experienced here.
