今天在台北逛了一陣天快冷死了… 吃一大碗半筋半肉牛肉麵就全身爽 這間的湯調的剛好！來的時候一定要點刀切麵-很適合這種牛肉湯麵 而且超級Q！加一點酸菜跟他們自製做的辣椒醬會更好吃喔 froze my ass off today running errands (it was 55 degrees lol), and rewarded myself with some beef noodle soup - half tendon half meat is always the way to go, and specifically at this place be sure to get the knife cut noodles! They’re super bouncy and pair so well with the soup :’) if you’re not a fan of cilantro, be sure to mark it on the menu when you order bc they really pile it on. There’s a pretty wide selection of sauces / spicy condiments to add at each table, but I’d recommend just the pickled mustard greens and a shit ton of the homemade chili mix :)
