I'm in Washington DC, I didn't realize I Uber Eats-ed all the way from VA until I was looking up the restaurant on here to make this review... LOL omg Anyways my layover was so long I stayed one night at a hotel and was so super hungry after all the stress American Airlines put me through. So I Uber Eats-ed what I thought hit the spot the best after not having been able to eat good Asian food for the last 5 days, and Vietnamese was the correct choice because this food was truly the thing that did it for me tonight. I got the Saigon Rice Bowl with Pulled Oxtail and American Wagyu protein option, all of the toppings, and the Peanut Sauce. This felt very familiar to Korean Bibimbap but with Viet flavors, so I really enjoyed this, especially with the peanut sauce on top! I also got a side of french fries with the Cilantro Jalapeño Aioli, which was amazing as well. The fries arrived slightly cold - at no fault to the restaurant, I ordered from so far - and so I did have to microwave them, but if fries are still good in taste and integrity after becoming soggy and reheating, then you know they would have been more than perfect fresh. Then to finish off the meal, I got myself a Peach Paradise Tea Refresher, and to be honest it was just okay. Everything else shined brightly that I didn't even remember that I got myself a cutie little drink, and when I tried it, I just thought, " Okay, that's fine." It is not on the sweeter side of drinks as well, which, had I gotten this alone, I maybe would have enjoyed a little more! Again, nothing wrong with it, I just REALLY enjoyed the fries and the aioli LOL.
