scotland is redeemed!! despite the name, “cullen skink” is quite delicious (it’s essentially fish chowder) i also tried haggis, and zane didn’t tell me what it was until i after i ate it 😃 thank goodness best of all was the fish and chips though 🥰 it redefined expectations! i now get why my mom is always disappointed by all fish and chips in the states
