Western(?) take on ramen - this is the steak and egg one. Saw on TikTok and made a res about a month in advance. Note you have to prepay for the meal when you make the res because it’s a 4 seat counter. Chef makes the food in a tiny kitchen in front of you. It was surprisingly good and flavorful!! Broth a little salty. I’m not a big fan of ramen but would go back for this one.
