The original benchmark. A true pioneer that set the standard for the modern steakhouse. The steak is elite, but Vans has surpassed it. Better overall execution, stronger sides, and service that feels intentional and personal rather than institutional. I need to go back again to really do a proper side by side comparison. Stay posted
