Genuinely wonderful day for the taste buds. This might be the most i’ve ever been satisfied in the fewest bites while spending not that much.
Spicy Scallop Roll: Not actually spicy but IT WAS SO GOOD. I genuinely love everything about this. The scallop was so soft squishy and the crunchy pieces were a perfect addition. Soooooo perfect, I LOVE. Price and textures were perfect. ($7.50) 10/10
Truffle Tuna Roll: WOW. This actually hit all the boxes for me. The truffle flavor was so present and worked so well with the raw tuna and crunchy bits. I personally love truffle and it was perfect. Loved the flavor and texture of this whole thing, AND portion size and price ($9) were perfect.
Ramen, ramen, amen. This one is kind of mid but also good—like I don’t mind it. It’s a good alternative Japanese restaurant since I can’t go to New York all the time. The meat is cooked well as I can chew without it being hard. Still should give it a try though if you’re looking for a ramen place.
