I was excited to try naya since we don’t have it down south. it’s a middle eastern fast-casual bowl spot that started in new york competing in the slop bowl market with the likes of cava and chipotle. idk it just didn’t do it for me. everything was pretty fresh and on par with the quality of those two spots, but it wasn’t super flavorful. maybe I ordered wrong and need to go back with some who has been before. the beef was okay and the falafel was mid. 🥶 pita was def better than cava but that’s prob the only area where this spot was notably better. side note: I went on christmas eve and the table next to me was a mom with her young children. it seems like it’s so easy to get kids to be behave right christmas with the threat of santa not delivering presents. they were acting up and she got them straightened out real quick once she dropped mr. claus’ name. quite the cheat code.
