Mia’s has a fantastic breakfast menu for Tex-Mex items. I had the choriquiles: Fresh eggs, chorizo, chips, onions,jalapeños, tomatos, ranchero sauce and Cheddar cheese. Also, not every place e has great potatoes, but these are great.
My husband had one chorizo,egg and bean taco, and one carne guisada, bean, cheese, and bacon taco. They are always so big!
