Bloody awful, vile, rank. This was one of the most depressing meals of my entire life. This was as bad as wind and rain beating against my face, feet in freezing muddy water, slack lining across a lake. In fact, it was worse. Marugame in Waikiki might be my favorite restaurant in the world. I was so sick in London and starving. I had their shitty breakfast and was dying for real food. I looked near me and let out a tear of joy when I saw there was a marugame < 3 mins away from the hotel. I crawled out of bed and was so excited despite my sickness. The menu was bloody weird. But I knew I liked the nikutama in Hawaii so I’d do it here. It was the worst food I’d had in my life. It was packed so there was nowhere to eat. There had to be a reason the service was shitty too. Awful awful bloody awful. Skip. Please bloody skip. Thank you Anna for reminding me.
