it’s definitely a lot but it’s also expensive. if you like things on the sweeter side the fruit based bowls aren’t for you. my friend was working so i visited her🫰

mamaka bowl let me in without a shirt post run which was pretty cool. normal smoothie bowl w extra protein. i liked it but wasn’t anything crazy refreshing and nutritious, would get again post workout but a different menu item
