almost quiche like crustiness. flaky in a hard (good) way. genre of flavor is the frozen delicious store croissants. (not an insult just genre of flavor). not soft but also not bready. im actually cool with this.

Fav items here are the quiches/tarts! Also love the selection of French items (jams, biscuits, soaps, etc) they carry!
