You know it’s authentic when it’s crowded with Chinese people who only speak mandarin and Chinese waiters and cooks who also only speak mandarin and you are the only not East Asian person there until a couple comes in and the Chinese man’s girlfriend is white. Thank you to mama and papa Chung for the July 4th treat!
