With four flavorful vegetable curries,Began Bhartha, Sev Tomato, Dhokli (Gatta), and Masala Bataka, paired with puri, bajri rotlo, soft khaman, comforting kadhi and khichadi, every bite brought a new experience. The thali was perfectly balanced with bold spices, mild and comforting flavors, and just the right touch of sweetness from gulab jamun. Chaas, papad, and fresh salad added a refreshing finish, making the meal feel wholesome and satisfying.
