I have never left a review in my life but the experience I just had was the worst experience i’ve ever had, came in there was only a few people ahead in the line the manger asked how many people i said 2 thought it was weird that she didn’t ask for a name she told me 30 minute wait and said go stand on the side we have to leave the walk way open completely understandable after sitting there for 45 minutes i went back to the host stand, new people now there they called the manager over she told me she never saw me and never put me on the queue and that I would have to wait another 45 minutes and that she never saw me !! the problem was not with the mistake because everyone makes mistakes it was with the manger who made the mistake and did not try to take accountability or fix her mistake and told me I was wrong SO rude and unprofessional will never be coming back here
