The place was a ratchet mess. Should be called Ghettohana.
Our habachi chef was trying his best but you could tell he was fed up with the wait staff. No refills on drinks, no clearing plates and forgetting appetizers. He tried flagging them down too many times to count so he would have to leave the grill to go to the kitchen and get stuff. I literally got up from the table several times to ask for refills since they refused to stop by even after making eye contact / signaling them over
Our Waitresses were harping on / gaslighting one of our guys because they claimed he broke one of the bowls when we all saw it was her who dropped it - definitely not an ideal start to the night. Instead of cleaning it up there was just shattered ceramic on the floor the rest of the night.
Avoid Ghettohana at all costs unless going for sake bombs those were pretty fire not going to lie.
