Spontaneous 1 hour walk to get the carrot cake spring special cookie! It was actually so good 😍 tastes kind of like an elevated oatmeal raisin cookie?? There were so many things mixed in, like fruits, nuts and white chocolate. The one thing I’d say is that the carrot flavor itself was sort of lacking, but the cookie was still amazing.
