There’s literally one place in Italy I would rank higher than Red Ash. The portions are huge, the food never misses, and the GF options are stunning. Most of the pastas (except the stuffed) are gluten free and homemade, the meats (except the veal) are gluten free, and the chocolate peanut butter cake is naturally GF and the best thing on the menu. No GF bread :( but the other options and quality make up for it" - Tara
