as a pesto lover, this place did good. their first location was a miss for me, but this redeemed it. the manager gave us some free dishes bc he recognized maria from working next door so that was epic :D the penne pesto burrata was heavenly as well as the pumpkin ravioli. i can’t wait to go back and try more dishes šŸ‘…. the braccia shrimp was overpriced and came in a s portion but the pesto sauce it came it was finger licking good.

"The atmosphere was classy, the service was exceptional, and it made me feel like I was in a romanticized flashy version of Italy. However… the food is where the difference between America and Italy is evident. I wish I liked the food more, but it is incomparable to any single restaurant in Italy. Italy takes the tiramisu ! I got the SEABASS WITH ASPARAGUS RISOTTO, TIRAMISU, and LATTE. I am congested and sickly, so I did not have a large appetite. The Latte and Seabass were good, but not great. The seabass was soft, but started tasting like baby food after the halfway mark. The latte burned my tongue and the risotto was too salty. The pasta is all made in-house which was pretty cool to see a woman rolling the gnocchi by hand. My parents got their 4-course Prix Fixe Menu. The base price was $69 which is normally a good deal, but this is if you did not get any upcharged options. All of the good options are upcharged tbh :0 My mother got a glass of the Moscato, Luca Salad, Octopus Carpaccio, Seabass with Asparagus Rissoto, and Tiramisu. After upcharges, for a $100 meal, she said her favorite part was the Moscoto… I wish I could disagree. My father got a glass of the Merlot, Turci’s Burrata Caprese Salad, Summer Bruscetta, Papparradelle Inferno, and Tiramisu. He noted the Caprese Salad was his favorite along with the spicy pasta main." - grace
